WHO WE ARE...

The West Branch Drug & Alcohol Abuse Commission is a private non-profit human service agency.
The Commission is dedicated to serving the prevention, intervention, and treatment needs of the individuals, families, and communities of Lycoming & Clinton Counties affected by alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.

THE COMMISSION WAS ESTABLISHED ON DECEMBER 2ND, 1974, AND CONTINUES TO SERVE INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AFFLICTEDWITH ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUG ISSUES.
